Independence.

And so, India celebrated its independence day just a few days ago. Their national day falls on the 15th August. It is an event that the entire nation celebrates with a high level of patriotism. India holds a special place in historical records and its is one of those few nations that gained its independence without any weapons or arms. Nationalist movements lead by Gandhi by non-violent means gave the Indians their freedom.

I received an email from a good friend of mine, Akhber who sent me some pictures, which I have uploaded here. Take a look at them. They represent India during the older times and I think they are cool to look at. Oh wells, pictures speak a 1000 words. Don't they?
