And so he asked her what was her name.

She looked at her cousin and her cousin's boyfriend. Then she looked at him and said her name. He then looked at her and said 'ah now I know why they are disturbing'.

She spends the rest of the Thaipusam with them and he leaves suddenly. She did feel disappointed but then again she forgot all about it and went back to her old lifestyle. Her uncle's birthday happened to fall after Thaipusam and she went out with them for dinner. Before going off for dinner, her uncle drove her to her cousin's school to pick her and her boyfriend up. He was there. In fact, he had already spoken about her to them. She was clueless but she knew something was going on.

He looked at her and walked away very quickly.

She was shocked.

She started assuming that maybe he is unhappy with that the fact they have been disturbing him with her. Hence that walking away.

She got back into the car and pretended that everything was fine.

Her cousin and the cousin boyfriend kept on looking at each other.
