Wedding Bells.

And so the wedding bells rang for my cousin. Nah, he is not my close cousin. Just a cousin who I barely spoke to. He invited my family for the R.O.M ceremony cum dinner and so we all went for it.

It was a very sweet ceremony held at a hotel. Tables were set out near the poolside and waiters were coming in from all directions to fill up our glasses. The couple said their vows, exchanged rings and kisses, cut the cake and had the champagne ceremony to sum up the entire function. As much as the function was modern and contemporary, there were a tinge of Indian elements here and there and I guess that enhanced the beauty of the function.

When they were cutting the cake and saying out their vows loudly, I was reminded of you. All those things you told me including the idea of having a shared bank account. While I thought of you, tears started to form and thank god for me I was able to cover it up. Anyway the good thing that came outta the function is that Durkhi got some ideas on how to plan for her 21st birthday. The next big function is her birthday man and I really cant wait for it. Yeah man like what I told you, we will "burn" the dancing floor k?

During the exchangement of vows, there was this particular line that drew my attention to it. It goes like this, "this love has no beginning or ending. This is mainly because true love exists on its own and no one would exactly know its origins nor its end."

I liked that particular line.

I think it summarises love very well.
